NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS. Universal Unity makes NO GUARANTEE, WARRANTY, OR PROMISE, express or implied, that you will achieve any specific financial, professional, clinical, business, licensure, or personal outcome by using our Content. Any income figures, growth examples, patient volume numbers, case studies, testimonials, or success stories referenced anywhere in our marketing or Content are illustrative only, reflect the unique and non-typical circumstances of the specific individuals involved, and are not representative of the results you should expect. Your results depend entirely on factors within your own control and factors outside anyone's control — including your effort, resources, experience, market conditions, timing, competition, and applicable law — and may be significantly better or worse, including no measurable result at all.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN DECISIONS. Nothing in our Content constitutes medical, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice, and nothing creates a professional relationship of any kind (provider-patient, attorney-client, accountant-client, advisor-client, or otherwise) between you and Universal Unity, Jarynet Beltran, ARNP, or any instructor, coach, consultant, or contributor. You acknowledge that you, and you alone, are responsible for verifying all information before relying on it or acting on it, and you agree to independently consult, at your own expense, your own licensed attorney, CPA or tax attorney, licensed financial advisor, your state Board of Nursing (or applicable licensing board), and any other appropriately licensed professional relevant to your specific situation.

Laws, regulations, board rules, and professional standards differ by jurisdiction and change over time without notice. Universal Unity makes no representation whatsoever that any strategy, structure, opinion, or approach discussed in our Content is current, accurate, complete, permissible, or advisable in your specific state, jurisdiction, or circumstance. Reliance on our Content is entirely at your own risk.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By accessing or using our Content in any form, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk associated with implementing, relying upon, or acting on that Content, including but not limited to financial loss, business failure, licensure or disciplinary action, and legal liability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universal Unity, its owners (including Jarynet Beltran, ARNP), officers, employees, contractors, coaches, instructors, and affiliates shall have NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or related to your access to, use of, or reliance on our Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid to Universal Unity in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Universal Unity and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or licensing board rule.

All purchases are subject to the following refund policy, which supersedes any verbal or informal statement made by any representative of Universal Unity.

1. 7-Day Refund Window. You may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your original purchase date, provided you submit your request in writing to support@universalunity.com within that window.

2. NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS. After the 7-calendar-day window has closed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, EXCHANGES, OR CHARGEBACKS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON, including but not limited to: failure to complete the course or program, dissatisfaction with content or format, failure to achieve any expected result, change of mind, duplicate purchase (unless verified as a genuine billing error), lack of time to participate, technical issues on the purchaser's end, or licensure/regulatory changes affecting the purchaser's ability to use the Content.

3. Access Constitutes Acceptance. If you have accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise engaged with more than a de minimis portion of the paid Content, Universal Unity reserves the right to deny a refund even within the 7-day window, at its sole discretion, where such access indicates the Content has already been substantially consumed.

4. Payment Plans. If you purchased under a payment plan, the 7-day refund window applies only to the first payment. All subsequent scheduled payments remain due in full and are non-refundable and non-cancelable once the 7-day window from your original enrollment date has closed, regardless of your continued participation.

5. Chargebacks. Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute after the 7-day window, instead of contacting Universal Unity directly, is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate loss of access to all Content, referral to collections, and pursuit of the disputed amount plus associated fees and costs.

6. No Partial Refunds. Universal Unity does not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credit toward future purchases in lieu of a refund, except at Universal Unity's sole discretion.

7. How to Request. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@universalunity.com with your full name, purchase date, and order/transaction number. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety, and that it forms a binding part of your purchase agreement with Universal Unity.

All Content is protected intellectual property. This includes every course, lesson, video, audio recording, transcript, slide, workbook, template, framework, script, graphic, and written material (collectively, "Materials") created, authored, or produced by Universal Unity and/or Jarynet Beltran, ARNP, whether delivered through this platform, email, live session, download, or any other format.

1. Ownership. All Materials are the sole and exclusive property of Universal Unity / Jarynet Beltran, ARNP, and are protected under U.S. copyright law, trademark law, and other applicable intellectual property laws and treaties. No ownership rights are transferred to you by virtue of your purchase or enrollment.

2. Limited License Only. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Materials for your own individual educational use. This license does not include the right to reproduce, copy, screenshot, screen-record, download (except where an explicit download feature is provided for personal use), print, distribute, transmit, display, perform, sublicense, sell, resell, rent, lease, share, or create derivative works from any Materials, in whole or in part, in any format, by any means.

3. Strictly Prohibited — No Exceptions. Without prior written permission from Universal Unity, you may NOT: share your login credentials or course access with any other individual; upload, post, mirror, or re-host any Materials on any other platform, website, cloud drive, social media account, group, forum, or file-sharing service; record, screen-capture, transcribe, or reproduce any lesson, video, or audio for distribution to any third party; repackage, white-label, or present any Materials as your own original work; use any Materials to create a competing course, product, or program; or provide access to any Materials to any person who has not personally paid for and been granted a license by Universal Unity.

4. Enforcement and Remedies. Any violation of this section constitutes copyright infringement and a material breach of these Terms. Universal Unity reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and without limitation: (a) immediately terminate your access to all Materials without refund; (b) pursue statutory and actual damages for copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq., including up to $150,000 per work infringed for willful infringement; (c) pursue injunctive relief; (d) recover attorneys' fees and costs incurred in enforcement; and (e) pursue any other remedy available at law or equity. Termination for violation of this section does not entitle you to any refund.

5. Monitoring. Universal Unity reserves the right to monitor, log, and audit access to Materials — including login activity, device/IP data, and download activity — to detect unauthorized sharing or distribution, and to take action as described above upon detection.

6. Reporting Piracy. If you become aware of any unauthorized copy, share, or distribution of these Materials, please report it immediately to support@universalunity.com.

By purchasing or accessing any Materials, you acknowledge that you understand these Materials are protected intellectual property, that your license is strictly personal and non-transferable, and that unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may expose you to legal liability.
